Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all rentals, services, and transactions provided by Lambert Elite Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By renting equipment, requesting services, or interacting with Lambert Elite Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • “Customer” / “You” – Any person or business renting equipment or receiving services.
     
  • “Equipment” – Any trailer, tool, rental item, or product supplied by Lambert Elite Services.
     
  • “Services” – Delivery, pickup, spraying, labor, or any service provided by Lambert Elite Services.
     

2. General Requirements

  • Customer must be 18 years or older to rent or request services.
     
  • A valid driver’s license is required for all trailer rentals.
     
  • Customer agrees to provide accurate contact, location, and payment information.
     
  • Lambert Elite Services reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
     

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due before equipment is released or service begins, unless otherwise stated.
     
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, card, electronic payment, or approved invoice.
     
  • Late payments, damaged equipment, or additional fees may be charged to the payment method on file.
     

4. Deposits & Fees

Lambert Elite Services may charge:

  • Security deposits
     
  • Cleaning fees (if equipment is returned dirty or with debris)
     
  • Damage fees
     
  • Late return fees
     
  • Mileage or delivery fees
     
  • Excess tonnage fees (for dump trailer rentals)
     

Deposits may be withheld until equipment is inspected and cleared.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before rental begin time may receive a refund.
     
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
     
  • No refund is provided for:
     
    • Early returns
       
    • Weather disruptions
       
    • Customer misuse
       
    • Violations of these Terms
       

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

  • Use all equipment safely, legally, and responsibly
     
  • Follow all posted instructions and safety guidelines
     
  • Ensure proper towing vehicle and hitch requirements
     
  • Keep equipment secure when unattended
     
  • Return equipment in the same condition received
     

Customer is fully responsible for:

  • Theft
     
  • Vandalism
     
  • Misuse
     
  • Negligence
     
  • Fire, flood, collision, or damage of any kind
     

7. Trailer Rental Terms

For all trailer rentals:

  • Customer must use the correct hitch size and maintain safe towing practices.
     
  • Load must be secured, balanced, and within weight limits.
     
  • Customer must obey all state and federal laws, including towing and load securement regulations.
     

If the customer overloads the trailer, damages it, or returns it unsafe, additional fees will apply.

Dump Trailer Additional Terms

If renting as a dumpster:

  • Load must not exceed the height of the trailer walls.
     
  • Loads exceeding height limits may be dumped on-site with no refund.
     
  • Rental includes 1 ton of waste; additional waste is $45 per ton.
     

8. Party & Event Rental Terms

For tents, games, canopies, inflatables, heaters, or other event items:

  • Customer assumes responsibility for monitoring weather conditions.
     
  • Equipment must not be used in high winds, storms, or unsafe conditions.
     
  • Customer must return items clean and in working order.
     
  • Damage or missing pieces will incur replacement costs.
     

9. Lawn Spraying / Insect Spraying Terms

(If applicable)

  • Customer acknowledges chemicals may affect surrounding vegetation.
     
  • Customer must keep people and pets away from treated areas for recommended times.
     
  • Results may vary depending on weather, lawn conditions, or application timing.
     
  • Lambert Elite Services is not liable for unintended vegetation loss beyond normal expectations.
     

10. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to weather or traffic.
     
  • Customer is responsible for ensuring safe, accessible delivery locations.
     
  • If the location is inaccessible, unsafe, or causes delays, additional fees may apply.
     

11. Equipment Condition & Damage

Customer is financially responsible for:

  • Any damage occurring during the rental period
     
  • Missing items, lost keys, or cut straps
     
  • Tire damage caused by curbs, debris, overloading, or improper towing
     
  • Cleaning or removal of debris, trash, or waste
     

Lambert Elite Services will assess damage fees at replacement or repair cost.

12. Prohibited Uses

Customer may not:

  • Use equipment for illegal purposes
     
  • Sublease or allow unauthorized users
     
  • Overload equipment beyond rated limits
     
  • Tow trailers with unsafe or unapproved vehicles
     
  • Modify or alter equipment
     
  • Use rental items in hazardous conditions
     

Violation may result in immediate retrieval of equipment with no refund.

13. Liability & Indemnification

Customer agrees to hold Lambert Elite Services harmless from:

  • Injuries
     
  • Accidents
     
  • Property damage
     
  • Losses resulting from misuse or negligence
     

Lambert Elite Services is not responsible for:

  • Damage to customer vehicles
     
  • Personal injury from improper use
     
  • Weather-related incidents
     
  • Delays beyond our control
     

Customer assumes all risks associated with using rented equipment.

14. Termination of Rental

We reserve the right to:

  • End any rental immediately
     
  • Retrieve equipment without refund
     
  • Refuse future service
     

If customer violates any terms or engages in unsafe behavior.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Any disputes will be handled in North Carolina courts.

16. Updates to These Terms

Lambert Elite Services may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.


Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts.
  • Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Terms of return (i.e. number of days)
  • State of return (e.g. unworn)
  • Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
